This is a general guide to help with vetting potential candidates. It is by no means an exhaustive list. Like all best practices, there are exceptions that can be discussed if one thinks a candidate should be considered despite the flaws they have.

Simulation Challenges

Once the candidate's identity is confirmed, they should then be directed to a paid second challenge that simulates the work they will be doing as an employee.

Onboarding

When the candidate has showcased their skills and has met or exceeded expectations, you can then transition to the Onboarding phase in which they are assimilated into your organization.
